Welcome

It takes a healthy amount of strength and bravery to seek therapy for self-exploration and growth.  Seeking therapy is in no way is a weakness but a desire to seek change, release, healing and self-discovery. It is my aim to help people find their way forward.

The approaches that I use are compassionate, thoughtful and engaged.  I am qualified in Counselling, Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy to a Masters Degree Level.  I have a wide range of applicable theory, practice and apply an integration of therapeutic approaches. I have done short courses in Life Coaching, motivational coaching, Ericksonian hypnosis, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Compassion and mindfulness-based therapy.

The flexibility in my training allows us to discover your unique needs through building an empathetic and respectful therapeutic relationship tailored to you.  My aim is for you to have a safe place, for reflection, to confront issues, increase resilience as well as defining your own lasting change.

Clients have described me as knowledgeable, unpretentious, easy to talk to, honest, challenging, eccentric, engaging and having a good sense of humour.

My aim is to utilize strategic, emotional, mindful, analytical, expressive and relaxing ways to help people seek freedom from symptoms & concerns while exploring and reaching their emotional, social & physical potentials. Please do get in touch with any query for either long-term or short-term work with a fair cost ethos.  I look forward to hearing from you.
